We are delighted to advise that our sponsorship agreement with David Ritchie & Sons Ltd has been renewed for another year.

Ritchies have been incredibly generous contributors to the local football scene for many years, and we are extremely grateful to them for once again demonstrating their faith in Welfare football.

The AGM was held last night in Aviemore and all clubs previously mentioned reiterated their intent to compete this year. A fixtures list is presently being compiled and will be available to view shortly, however the anticipates kick off date will be Thursday 13 May.

As noticed above, it was also decided to play all fixtures on a Thursday night now as opposed to Tuesdays as this is the most convenient day for all clubs. Cup Finals however will still be played on a Friday night.

Furthermore, the SWFA has changed the penalties given for red card offences, and these have now been reflected in our updated constitution page.
